Role Description The Senior Project Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end project execution for PEB farming systems and other steel building projects, from planning and scheduling through to delivery and completion. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, overseeing procurement and expediting of materials, managing logistics and inspection activities, tracking project timelines and budgets, and resolving operational issues.

Manager also ensures adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards, prepares regular progress reports,



and drives continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage material follow-up, vendor coordination, and on-time deliveries.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, site inspections, and compliance with technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to plan and control material movement, transportation, and site logistics.
- Relevant experience in construction, steel structures, or pre-engineered buildings, preferably in a leadership or senior project role.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, make data-driven decisions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are beneficial.
