Responsibilities and Impact: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track Drive process improvements and best practices across research operations to enhance team efficiency and project delivery quality Collaborate with senior team leadership to prioritize research initiatives and optimize resource utilization across the department What We're Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Research, or related field 3-5 years of project management experience,



preferably in research, technology, or analytical environments Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to various stakeholder levels Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in financial services, research, or analytics organizations Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms for creating project dashboards and metrics Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement frameworks Open Positions 1 Mandatory Skills Business management,PowerBi,Tableau,Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Research, or related field Experience 3 to 8 years
