Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Production Executive located in Mysore.

The Senior Production

Executive will be responsible for overseeing production planning, managing production processes, and ensuring adherence to quality control standards.



They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, maintain product quality, Additionally, the role involves identifying areas for operational improvement and leading continuous process enhancements in the production line.

Qualifications

- Robust expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
- Effective Communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Hands-on experience in production equipments and maintaining compliance with regulations
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage large-scale production operations
- Capability to lead and mentor production teams
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical & electronics Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the beverage manufacturing industry is an advantage
