Best Buy™ India is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Experience Data Domain team to lead high performing teams of Product Managers.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will partner with key internal teams, engage in customer research, execute data-driven prioritization to design, build, and launch initiatives driving supporting both customer needs and business objectives and key results. As a champion of your strategy and customers, you will champion your strategy and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership. If you are analytical, detail and results oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic, you are an ideal candidate for this role.

You must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work cross-functionally to drive them to completion and measure outcomes. You will demonstrate keen skills working across departments to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and user experience designers.

Team Overview:

The Data and AI enablement teams are enabling capabilities to accelerate end to end data and AI adoption across Advanced Analytics, Product Teams, and Best Buy Sales and Operations Teams. The broader team is responsible for data strategy, availability, and adoption via self-service tools including AI model registry, activation of models for business, multichannel testing, customer relationship measurement. This team is committed to delivering the right data and AI solutions following the guidelines provided in our Responsible AI principles.

Experience Data Domain:

The Experience Data Domain team partners closely with Product and Engineering teams to enable high-quality, data-driven digital experiences across e-commerce and other customer-facing platforms. It owns the end-to-end experience data lifecycle,



spanning data design, instrumentation, capture, quality, governance, observability, and activation.

The team plays a critical role in helping product and engineering teams measure and understand the performance of digital experiences and product features. By providing trusted, timely, and actionable data, the team enables teams to identify issues, understand customer behavior, evaluate product outcomes, and make informed decisions.

The team also leverages data science, and advanced analytics capabilities to augment decision-making and proactively identify data anomalies, emerging issues, and opportunities. Beyond feature-level insights, it identifies broader trends and patterns across digital experiences and translates complex data into actionable insights for product and business stakeholders.

As a strategic partner to product and engineering leadership, the team helps organizations leverage data to prioritize opportunities, improve product experiences, and drive measurable business and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Craft vision for complex or multiple product(s) independently
- Participate in crafting long-term vision with guidance
- Mastery in translating business needs into customer goals and features
- Mastery in both crafting strategy and overall execution for a product or multiple products
- Deliver against core customer value propositions and Best Buy's strategic and financial goals
- Demonstrate empathy for the customer, and steer discussions to how to build customer trust
- Highlight system constraints (resource, financial, technology) to leadership that prevent creation of long-term customer engagement and brand love
- Demonstrate the test / learn / iterate mindset
- Lead teams to innovate and transform by embracing new ways of working
- Demonstrate an innovative mindset and find ways to push through adversity
- Analyze product performance through qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and processes

Requirements:

- 10+ years of Product Management experience with a bachelor’s degree,



OR experience working with Development, User Experience, Strategy, or related. Including:
- 2+ years of experience with direct people management and team management
- 1+ year of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, or related
- Extensive experience with customer data-centric products either in product management and/or an engineering role
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global and diverse environment.
- Experience working with ecommerce or similar large volume of data and collecting and interpreting it

Preferred:

- Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment
- Experience connecting technical issues with business performance metrics
- Knowledge of user interface design principles and validation techniques.
- Certification in Google Cloud Platform services will be good to have
- Strong understanding of data governance and best practices.
- Experience with Machine Learning and/or AI Solutions
- Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Content Square or similar technologies
