Role Description The Senior Product Designer will lead the design of lighting and spatial installations, translating conceptual narratives into high-quality products and experiences.

Responsibilities include developing design concepts, creating detailed visual and product specifications, collaborating with artisans and fabricators, and ensuring design feasibility and quality throughout production. The role involves user and client research, iterative prototyping, and refining designs based on feedback and technical constraints.

Designer will also guide junior designers, contribute to design strategy, and maintain alignment with klove Studio’s aesthetic and brand vision. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area,



requiring close collaboration with the studio and workshop teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Product Design and Visual Design skills, including concept development, detailed design, and presentation of spatial and object-based work.
- Candidates should possess Design Thinking and UX Research skills to frame problems, understand user and client needs, and iterate toward effective design solutions.
- Candidates should possess User Research skills to gather insights from clients, stakeholders, and end-users and translate them into actionable design decisions.
- Experience working with materials such as metals and glass, and an understanding of fabrication processes, prototyping, and production constraints.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD or 3D modeling software) and the ability to create clear technical drawings and specifications.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating spatial, product, or lighting design, with an emphasis on concept, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a multidisciplinary team and mentor junior designers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Spatial Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
