Key Responsibilities

Design and conceptualize new packaging formats, gift hampers, and product presentations across price bands

Translate market trends and customer insights into fresh, sellable product designs

Collaborate with category management and merchandising teams on new launches and seasonal campaigns (Rakhi, Valentine's, Anniversary, etc.)

Create mood boards, sketches, and prototypes for recent SKU development

Ensure design consistency across product lines while balancing cost, feasibility, and appeal

Work closely with vendors/manufacturing partners to bring designs to life

Requirements

- Degree/diploma from NIFT (or equivalent design institute) — Product Design, Accessory Design, or related discipline preferred

- 0–3 years experience (freshers with strong portfolios welcome)

- Solid sketching, prototyping, and visualization skills

- Understanding of materials, packaging techniques, and production costs

- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar)

- Passion for gifting, floral, and lifestyle products
