Key Responsibilities

Apparel(Ethnic and Western) Experienceis required.

- Lead end-to-end sourcing cycles, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiation processes.
- Conduct structured market research and interpret spend data to drive procurement decisions.
- Use procurement platforms (SAP Ariba / Coupa / Oracle) to manage and optimize sourcing workflows.
- Develop and execute supplier strategies, analyze vendor performance, and document all procurement findings and compliance activities.

Required Qualifications
- degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related discipline.
- 10 to 12 of hands-on experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in operating procurement tools (ERP systems, e-sourcing platforms) and reading supplier contracts and financial statements.




- Solid analytical skills, ability to interpret complex spend data and large-scale supplier performance datasets.
- Familiarity with procurement compliance standards, quality frameworks, and industry-specific regulatory requirements.

Supplier Management: Source, vet, onboard, and audit regional vendors to ensure cost-efficiency, on-time delivery, and strict quality compliance

Contract Negotiation: Execute commercial agreements and manage Requests for Quotes (RFQs) to protect profit margins

Market Localization: Align regional capacity with long-term supply chain needs, driving localization efforts to reduce total landed costs and mitigate risks

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, and global category managers to integrate sourcing solutions
