Responsibilities
- Support the management of ChatGPT and Claude product features and enhancements, translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and execute backlog with US counterparts,
coordinating sprint planning, UAT, release activities, and delivery tracking.
- Identify delivery risks and mitigation actions, escalating issues proactively to leadership.
- Support day-to-day operations of ChatGPT and Claude platforms across the enterprise, responding to operational support requests from business users.
- Support in creation and monitoring KPIs and metrics, coordinating issue resolution with engineering teams.
- Review platform configuration for consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned platforms and manage stakeholders, coordinating with US Product Managers and platform administrators.
- Conduct primary research and understand end user perspectives to inform product decisions.
- Support onboarding and adoption initiatives, analyzing different platform metrics and deriving insights.
- Contribute to change management and training activities to support platform adoption.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support release readiness and operational validation activities.
- Maintain product documentation and prepare dashboards and status reports.
- Track product metrics and governance documentation to ensure compliance and visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or Technology Delivery.
- Experience in managing and configuring enterprise SaaS or technology platforms.
- Solid Agile, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot.
- Agile or Scrum certification preferred.
