Job purpose:

Design, implement, and support Postilion payment system integrations in alignment with the organization's payment architecture roadmap. The role focuses on integrating Postilion with external payment networks, banking systems, ATM/POS channels, card management systems, and third-party solutions while ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of payment services.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement end-to-end integrations on the Postilion payment platform.
- Configure and support interfaces between Postilion Realtime, Postilion Office, external hosts, payment networks, and banking systems.
- Develop and maintain ISO 8583 message mappings, transaction routing rules, and integration workflows.
- Lead integration projects involving ATM, POS, Acquiring, Issuing, and Switching systems.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Support certification activities with payment schemes, processors, and external partners.
- Troubleshoot transaction, connectivity, and message-formatting issues across payment channels.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.
- Support deployment, SIT, UAT, and production go-live activities.
- Provide Level 3 support for critical production incidents and payment-processing issues.




- Create and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and operational procedures.
- Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements to payment integration architecture.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on Postilion integrations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payments, switching, or financial transaction systems.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the Postilion product suite (Realtime and Office).
- Strong understanding of payment processing architectures and transaction lifecycles.
- Experience working in banking, fintech, acquiring, issuing, or payment-switching environments.

Experience in:

- Hands-on experience with Postilion Realtime and Postilion Office.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging standards and transaction processing.
- Experience integrating Postilion with:
- ATM Switches
- POS Networks
- Card Management Systems (CMS)
- Core Banking Systems
- Payment Gateways
- External Payment Processors
- Experience configuring transaction routing, authorization, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
- Solid SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, secure communication protocols, and host connectivity.
- Experience with certification testing and end-to-end transaction validation.
- Understanding of payment industry standards including EMV and PCI-DSS.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
