Role Description The Senior Physiotherapist will provide evidence-based, hands-on physiotherapy to patients with musculoskeletal, spinal, and chronic pain conditions in an on-site, full-time role based at the Gurugram clinic.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering advanced physiotherapy interventions aligned with the clinic’s multi-disciplinary approach. The role involves collaborating closely with chiropractors and other practitioners, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting therapy protocols to optimize outcomes.

The Senior

Physiotherapist will also educate patients on posture, ergonomics, exercise, and lifestyle modifications, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and contribute to clinical protocols, quality standards, and training of junior team members. Participation in internal case discussions and occasional patient education initiatives or workshops is expected.

Qualifications

- Professional physiotherapy qualifications (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution) and valid registration/licensure as applicable.




- Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal and spine physiotherapy, including assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation planning.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary pain management or orthopedic settings, with the ability to integrate care with chiropractic and other modalities.
- Ability to use clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to create personalized treatment plans focused on long-term, drug-free pain relief.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining conditions, treatment plans, and home exercise programs in a clear, empathetic manner.
- Leadership capabilities to mentor junior physiotherapists, support team training, and contribute to standardizing clinical protocols.
- Comfort with maintaining detailed electronic medical records and following established clinical documentation and safety standards.
- Strong ethical standards, patient-centric mindset, and commitment to non-surgical, non-pharmacological pain management.
- Willingness to work in office in Gurugram and manage a high-volume, diverse patient caseload.
