Job Profile: Senior Functional Consultant / Manager – Oracle Fusion Finance

Location: Any Saksoft Location

Work Mode – Hybrid (3 days onsite mandatory)

Preferred experience: 16+ years The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant / Manager – Oracle Fusion Finance with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and enterprise ERP transformation. The candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale Oracle Finance programs, driving full-cycle implementations, managing global stakeholders, and supporting production and AMS operations.

The role requires strong functional expertise across Oracle Fusion GL, AP, AR and Fixed Assets, along with experience in global ERP environments, multi-ledger/multi-GAAP operations, SOX-compliant finance processes, executive stakeholder management, and onshore/offshore team leadership.

Responsibilities:

Top of Form Lead and manage large, multi-year Oracle Fusion Finance programs at functional, program, or portfolio level.





· Drive Oracle Finance initiatives from business case, requirements, design and implementation through go-live and stabilization.

· Provide functional leadership across Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).

· Lead full-cycle implementations across Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and/or Oracle EBS.

· Support global ERP environments involving multiple countries, legal entities, ledgers and GAAP requirements.

· Work closely with Finance teams on month-end and quarter-end close, accounting controls, reconciliations and audit support.

· Ensure finance processes operate effectively within SOX-compliant environments.

· Lead and manage onshore/offshore functional teams and ensure effective delivery and collaboration.

· Manage AMS and production support models, including SLA governance, defect management and continuous improvement.

· Lead transition of Oracle Finance programs into steady-state operations and AMS, ensuring business continuity and process stability.

· Manage Oracle Fusion quarterly releases, upgrades, change requests and change management activities.

· Troubleshoot critical production and functional issues and drive them through to resolution.

· Partner with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Operations, Audit and Compliance teams as a trusted functional advisor.

· Provide functional recommendations and support executive-level decision making.

Must - Have Qualifications:

· Minimum 16+ years of enterprise ERP / Oracle Financials experience.

· Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.

· Strong functional expertise in: Oracle Fusion GL, Oracle Fusion AP, Oracle Fusion AR & Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets

· Full-cycle implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and/or Oracle EBS.

· Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-year Oracle Finance programs.

· Experience working with global / Fortune 100 enterprise environments.

· Experience with multi-ledger and multi-GAAP finance environments.

· Solid understanding of month-end/quarter-end close, accounting controls and reconciliations.

· Experience supporting SOX compliance and financial audits.

· Experience managing AMS, production support, SLA governance and defect management.

· Proven experience leading onshore/offshore teams.

· Experience with Oracle Fusion quarterly releases, upgrades and change management.

· Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging CFOs, Controllers, Finance Operations, Audit and Compliance teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership and executive-level decision-making skills.
- Experience with continuous improvement and optimization of Oracle Finance processes.
- Experience managing ERP estates across multiple countries and legal entities.
- Experience in large-scale Finance transformation and Oracle Cloud migration programs.
