Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background in On-Premise MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and a strong command of the Microsoft Power Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of CRM projects within an Agile environment, focusing on complex technical customizations, system integrations, and ensuring the platform meets business and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- System Customization &
- Development:

Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of On-Premise MS Dynamics 365 CRMCE. Customize core entities and develop complex Plug-ins and custom workflows.
- Code Implementation: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using C# .NET and JavaScript to extend the capabilities of the Dynamics solution and customize form behaviors.
- Modernization &
- Automation: Utilize the Microsoft Power Platform—specifically PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Pages—to build custom applications, automate business processes, and deploy external-facing portals.
- System Integration: Design, develop, and maintain robust inbound and outbound API integrations between Dynamics 365 and external third-party systems.
- Security &
- Compliance: Manage and implement rigorous security configurations within the CRM environment. Ensure all development adheres to coding standards, security requirements, organizational policies, and MS Dynamics best practices.




- Agile Project Delivery: Participate actively in all phases of end-to-end project implementation using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Troubleshooting: Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, system bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

Required Qualifications &
- Experience

- Experience: 7+ years of dedicated experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.
- Core CRM Knowledge: Strong, proven technical experience with On-Premise MS Dynamics 365 CRMCE deployments and architecture.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in C# .NET, JavaScript, and Web API.
- Deep expertise in entity customization, Plug-in development, and custom workflow activities.
- Power Platform: Hands-on experience working with one or more of the following: PowerApps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate (Flows), and Power Pages.
- Methodologies: Proven track record of delivering solutions in an Agile framework.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently.

Preferred (Optional) Qualifications

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer or Power Platform Developer.
- Experience migrating On-Premise Dynamics environments to the Cloud.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365.
