Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Marketing Manager role based in Siddipet.

The Senior Marketing

Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer retention for ApplyWizz’s JobTech solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing digital campaigns, overseeing content and social media initiatives, analyzing performance data, and optimizing marketing funnels across channels. The role will collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to refine positioning, develop targeted messaging, and support go-to-market activities.





The Senior Marketing

Manager will also mentor junior marketing staff, manage external agencies or vendors as needed, and contribute to long-term growth planning.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing management, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and performance optimization.
- Robust digital marketing skills, with experience in paid media, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to develop and oversee content and communication initiatives, including web content, social media content, and marketing collateral.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present transparent reports to stakeholders.
- Experience leading and mentoring marketing teams, managing cross-functional projects, and coordinating with external agencies or partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management and presentation capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a tech, SaaS, or job search/career services environment is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a quick-paced, data-driven environment and willingness to be on-site in Siddipet.
