We are looking for a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead end-to-end global Product Quality Complaint (PQC) operations for a team of approximately 200+ professionals. ✅ Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, CAPA governance, and quality performance across complaint management processes. ✅ Manage customer escalations and build robust stakeholder and client relationships. ✅ Drive operational transformation through automation, AI, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.



✅ Lead strategic governance programs and support regulatory inspections and audits. ✅ Deliver business outcomes by achieving KPIs, SLAs, financial targets, and customer satisfaction goals. ✅ Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of quality and compliance.

Required Experience ✔ 12+ years of experience in the Medical Devices industry, preferably in a Medical Devices BPO environment. ✔ 8–10+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale global operations. ✔ Strong expertise in:

- Post Market Surveillance (PMS)
- Vigilance
