Key Responsibilities

- Manage financial reporting and accounting activities across all locations, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely closure.
- Drive monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting in accordance with applicable Ind AS/IFRS and global reporting requirements.
- Lead the monthly consolidation of books and financial statements across various locations/entities.
- Prepare and review monthly Balance Sheet, reconciliations and key account RECOs, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items.
- Coordinate and manage internal and statutory audits across all locations, ensuring smooth completion and timely closure of audit queries.
- Act as a key point of contact for auditors and internal stakeholders on standalone and consolidated financial statements.
- Monitor compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial reporting policies and internal controls.
- Identify and implement changes arising from recent or revised reporting standards and ensure alignment with global reporting formats.
- Prepare and finalise monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts, including appropriate closing entries and adjustments.
- Prepare monthly MIS and financial analysis as per management requirements.




- Review complex accounting transactions and prepare accounting memos with appropriate technical analysis.
- Provide accounting advisory on areas such as financial instruments, leases, ESOPs, securities, loans, business combinations and consolidation.
- Handle accounting matters relating to Ind AS 103/110, IFRS, US GAAP ASC 740 (deferred taxes) and ASC 842 (leases), as applicable.
- Conduct financial statement reviews and advise finance teams on appropriate accounting treatment for complex business transactions.
- Facilitate technical sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives on Ind AS/IFRS and financial reporting developments.
- Manage and monitor Capex across all locations, including accounting, tracking, reporting and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion of financial closing, reporting, reconciliations and audit requirements across locations.
- Work closely with Finance, Business, Global Reporting and Audit teams to ensure consistent and high-quality financial reporting.
