Position Summary
The MEP Manager is responsible for the complete planning, coordination, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Protection, HVAC, and Utility systems for industrial Design & Build projects.



The role ensures seamless integration with Civil and PEB works while delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
MEP Project Planning
Develop the MEP execution strategy aligned with the overall project schedule.
Prepare MEP, HVAC, ELV, Fire-Fighting work breakdown structure (WBS), resource plans, procurement schedules, and commissioning plans.
Coordinate MEP sequencing with Civil and PEB activities.
Design & Engineering Coordination
Review electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and ELV drawings.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and clients.
Resolve design clashes using BIM/Navisworks where applicable.
Ensure timely approval of shop drawings and material submittals.

Transformers
DG Sets
Electrical Panels
Cable Trays
Cabling
Earthing
Light
