Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Interior Project Coordinator role based in Ahmedabad.

The Senior Interior Project

Coordinator will oversee interior projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating with design teams, suppliers, and vendors; managing material sourcing and approvals; tracking orders and deliveries; and supporting site execution to maintain design integrity. The role involves preparing and updating project schedules, documentation, and reports, monitoring installation progress, and proactively resolving on-site issues. The coordinator will also support inspections,



ensure adherence to specifications and budgets, and maintain transparent communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple interior projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Expediting and Expeditor experience to follow up with vendors, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials and furnishings.
- Inspection skills to review materials, finishes, and on-site work for quality, design compliance, and adherence to specifications.
- Logistics Management abilities to organize shipments, manage inventory flow, and coordinate deliveries and installations efficiently.
- Prior experience in interior design coordination, fit-out projects, or furniture/interior product sourcing.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with designers, contractors, and clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project tracking tools; familiarity with interior drawings and BOQs is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
