Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will work full time on-site at our Bengaluru East location, leading end-to-end interior design projects with a strong focus on premium kitchens and wardrobes.

Responsibilities include meeting clients to understand requirements, developing design concepts and layouts, and translating these into detailed drawings and 3D visualizations. The role involves coordinating space planning, materials selection, and FF&E; choices, while collaborating with the sales, production, and installation teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and on schedule.

Designer will mentor junior designers, review construction and shop drawings, manage site visits, and ensure that all projects meet Würfel’s quality, cost,



and timeline standards.

Qualifications

- Solid proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to develop functional, aesthetic layouts for kitchens, wardrobes, and related interior spaces.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the capability to create, read, and review technical drawings and coordinate with execution teams.
- Experience in FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, including materials, finishes, appliances, and accessories aligned with brand standards.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Hands-on experience in residential or modular kitchen projects, preferably at a senior or lead designer level.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling tools) and comfort with basic project documentation.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, on-time project outcomes.
