Key Responsibilities
Manage vehicle placement, dispatch, and route planning.
Coordinate with transporters, brokers, and customers.
Negotiate freight rates and develop transporter networks.
Handle E-Way Bills, PODs, freight billing, and transport documentation.
Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues.
Lead logistics operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
