Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays
4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (IST)
Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month starting
(Based on experience, skills, and interview performance)
Salary will be reviewed based on skills and quick learning after 6 months of joining
About the Role
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented professionals to join our growing team as Credit Analysts/Loan Writers. This role offers a unique prospect to work alongside experienced New Zealand financial advisers and gain valuable exposure to international lending and mortgage practices.

2 years required (Bond will be there as part of the contract)
Key Responsibilities
Review and assess client documentation to support residential loan applications.
Prepare accurate and complete loan application files for submission to lenders.




Assist financial advisers with managing workflow and client case volumes.
Ensure compliance with lending regulations, policies, and internal processes.
Communicate with banks and lenders regarding loan applications and requirements.
Perform lending calculations, income assessments, servicing calculations, and financial analysis.
Develop a robust understanding of lender policies, credit criteria, and mortgage products.
Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support throughout the lending process.
Skills & Requirements
MBA in Finance or Marketing preferred.
MUST: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
