Hiring: Systems Software Senior Engineer (Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant)
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid – 3 Days Office)
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Experience: 5–8 Years
We are looking for an experienced Systems Software Senior Engineer / Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS modules and be capable of supporting business-critical HR and payroll operations.
Key Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Modules
Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and Advantages
Hands-on experience with Absence Management and Fast Formulas
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
Ability to support month-end payroll and HR operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills




Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
BE/B. Tech in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support and maintain Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management
Configure and develop Rapid Formulas as per business requirements
Provide production support during month-end close activities
Analyze business requirements and recommend effective solutions
Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Collaborate with technical teams on customizations and enhancements
Coach business users and team members on solution adoption and best practices
