Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years in US Accounting / Outsourced Accounting
Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in US Accounting to support bookkeeping and financial operations for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for US clients.
Prepare and post journal entries.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Maintain General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare financial reports and support audit requirements.
Work on accounting software such as Quick Books, Xero, or Net Suite.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Requirements
B. Com / M. Com or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in US Accounting.




Working knowledge of Quick Books, Xero, Net Suite, or similar ERP.
Robust Excel and analytical skills.
Valuable communication skills.
Preferred
Candidates based in Greater Noida or nearby locations.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period.
