We are seeking an AI Engineer to modernize legacy systems by building enterprise-scale generative AI solutions on Azure. You will implement LLM-powered applications, RAG architectures, and intelligent automation for healthcare technology transformation.

What You'll Do:
Develop and deploy production-grade AI solutions using Azure Open AI Service, Azure AI Search, and Azure Machine Learning
Build RAG pipelines integrating vector databases, document processing, and enterprise data sources
Perform API-driven AI development for seamless integration with existing systems
Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning,



and model evaluation frameworks
Develop intelligent document processing for healthcare claims, clinical records, and member communications
Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security across all AI implementations
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI use cases
Expertise You'll Bring:
4+ years in software engineering with 2+ years focused on AI/ML solutions
Hands-on experience with Azure Open AI, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, and Cognitive Services
Solid Python proficiency with Semantic Kernel and Lang Chain
Experience building RAG architectures including chunking strategies, embeddings, and vector stores
Solid understanding of LLM concepts: prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation metrics
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and HIPAA compliance preferred
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline
