Job Description:
Documentation and Information Sharing:
Assist in preparing information sharing documents for current and lenders.
Analyze financial statements.
Corporate and Banking Support:
Assist with documentation for pre- and post-disbursement of facilities and banking products.
Assist with corporate banking, and cash management, depending on the specific role.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Assist in conducting competitor analysis on current trends activities of competing brokers.
Assist in MIS and PPT presentations for Chairman and top management.
Prepare and review materials for client financing, such as investment memoranda and management presentations.
Education:
MBA in Finance
3- 6 years of experience in corporate banking will be preferred
Robust academic record.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Experience with financial analysis, and data management is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills in English (Spoken and written) is mandatory.
