An in-house legal team supports property-related compliance, contracts, documentation, permits, and regulatory requirements. XLNC Exotic further operates XLNC Cars, offering well-maintained vehicles for short- and long-term rentals.

Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design vision for residential renovation and short-term rental projects, creating cohesive, functional, and aesthetically compelling interiors that reflect XLNC Exotic’s premium brand. This full time remote role includes developing design concepts, space plans, and mood boards; selecting finishes, fixtures, and equipment; and coordinating with architecture, construction, and property management teams. The individual will review architectural drawings, prepare interior design documentation, and provide guidance on layouts, materials, and furnishings to optimize guest experience and property value.

Day-to-day tasks also involve collaborating with vendors,



sourcing products within budget, ensuring design standards and regulations are met, and supporting multiple projects from concept through completion.

Designer will mentor junior team members, contribute to design best practices, and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders across real estate, hospitality, and operations.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design expertise, including concept development, material selection, and aesthetic direction.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to create functional layouts for residential and short-term rental properties.
- Experience collaborating with Architecture teams and interpreting architectural plans and details.
- Ability to produce and review Construction Drawings and documentation for implementation on-site.
- Hands-on experience with FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and procurement.
- Professional degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating residential and hospitality design projects, ideally including renovations or flips.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic project management skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and remote-working skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes, accessibility guidelines, and practical construction methods is an advantage.
