- Initiating Training Needs Identification process annually as per Central Manufacturing Academy guidelines and obtain TNI#s from employees.
- Preparing & releasing Annual / Monthly Calendar
- Overall Co-ordination for Class-room program delivery at LC as per Event Calendar
- Record keeping of Attendance, Feedback forms of participants in classroom delivery
- Maintenance/ upkeep of Infrastructure at LC
- Coordinate Apprentices# engagement, training and related documentation/MIS
- Coordinate Rewards & Recognition Programs like Teacher Day/ Faculty felicitation.
- Coordinate for development of Site and Plant specific learning content .
- Coordinate audit of LC activities with visiting auditors.
- Explore ways of improving LC experience by adopting recent technology
- Preparing monthly/yearly LC highlights
Education Requirement Engineering degree/ Diploma in Engineering
Experience Requirement
- Engineering degree with 1-2 years# experience. in large Hydrocarbon Industry OR Diploma in Engineering with 4-6 years# experience working in large Hydrocarbon Industry having big L&D; infrastructure, preferably some years in L&D; itself.
- Very good command on usage of Computers/ Learning related system such as SAP/ Data Collection & documentation
