Responsibilities:
Working on a variety of Transfer pricing compliance, research, consulting and planning issues Responsible for overall delivery of projects related to Transfer Pricing documentation projects – US and Global
Contributing to the deliverables which may include transfer pricing documentation reports based on local country tax laws (US TP Regulations) or OECD guidelines, transfer pricing planning/documentation studies and other related studies for clients across the globe
Ability to identify technical issues on the engagements and to present with the recommendations to the engagement teams
Acting as subject matter expert (“Go To” Person) and be a conduit for knowledge sharing
Ability to manage the engagements and coach the team on technical concepts
Actively participating in the technical forums
Train the team members on high technical concepts
Ability to identify gaps, coach, mentor and developing technical skills of team members




Build skilled relationship with the engagement teams
Lead the team independently and help in coaching them on career development

Strong written and verbal English language communication skills

Execute effectively in cross-cultural business setting
Experience working with an outsourcing work stream or in a shared service setting required
Strong proficiency with, MS Office suite. Experience with Power Bi and Share Point a plus.
Professional Experience / Qualifications:
7 - 12 years of experience in Transfer pricing
Graduate in B Com / / BBA / BAFM / BBM / BSc(Stat or Math) or MBA (Finance)
