We’re looking for a Creative Producer who can take an idea and make it happen—end to end. From planning shoots to managing edits, you’ll be the glue between creative thinking and flawless execution.
Description
Own execution of campaigns across video, digital, and social content
Translate briefs and concepts into transparent production plans




Coordinate with writers, designers, editors, and directors to deliver output
Plan and manage shoots (pre, on-ground, and post-production)
Build timelines, track deliverables, and ensure on-time delivery
Manage budgets, vendors, and production logistics
Work closely with client servicing teams to ensure alignment and approvals
Maintain quality control across all deliverables
Requirements
2–4 years experience in an agency, production house, or content studio
Strong understanding of video production and social content formats
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Sharp organizational and problem-solving skills
Valuable communication—can manage both creative teams and clients
Someone who is hands-on, proactive, and solution-driven
