We are looking for a driven Events Specialist to help shape and deliver high‑impact marketing events across the India region. In this role, you will work closely with senior marketing stakeholders and external partners, playing a key part in planning, coordinating, and executing events that make a real business impact.

What you will do:
Support planning and execution of marketing events (conferences, seminars, Tech Days, webinars, exhibitions)
Assist with event budgeting and cost tracking for the India region
Coordinate venues and vendors (research, site visits, negotiations, logistics)
Support on‑site event execution
Maintain the marketing events calendar and event checklists
Help with post‑event reporting and improvements
Manage print and marketing collaterals
Work with Pardot, Salesforce, and event management tools
What you bring:
3+ years’ experience in Marketing or corporate events
Hands‑on experience supporting end‑to‑end events
Solid organisational and coordination skills




Comfortable working with vendors and internal stakeholders
Basic working knowledge of marketing automation & event tools
Flexibility to support events as needed
