Requirement
Our client, a multi-jurisdiction family office headquartered out of Dubai, is looking for a highly driven, detail-oriented and proactive compliance skilled to manage regulatory and corporate compliance across multiple jurisdictions for a diversified family office structure. The role involves overseeing statutory filings, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, and supporting governance across jurisdictions for a portfolio of companies, trusts, and investment structures.
Role Description: This is a full time, Dubai-based role. Candidate will be required to move to the UAE and will be employed directly by the client.
Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Jurisdictional Compliance Management
Manage compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Track and ensure timely completion of annual, quarterly, and monthly filings. Liaise with local service providers, corporate secretaries, registered agents and regulatory authorities. Corporate Governance & Secretarial
Maintain statutory records, registers, and corporate documentation across entities.



Support board and shareholder processes including resolutions, minutes, and filings. Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws and regulatory frameworks. Compliance Calendar & Monitoring
Develop and maintain a centralized compliance tracker/calendar. Implement systems to monitor deadlines, filings, and regulatory changes. Ensure no lapses in statutory or regulatory obligations. Regulatory & Documentation Management
Maintain organized records of all compliance-related documentation. Ensure availability of documents for audits, due diligence, and regulatory reviews. Support internal and external stakeholders with compliance-related information. 3. Ideal Candidate
A. Qualifications
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) or equivalent skilled qualification.
Graduate in Law/ Commerce.
B. Experience
4–5 years of experience in corporate compliance & company secretarial role.
