Purpose of the role:
The Global FP&A; Analyst demonstrates solid analytical capabilities, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced workplace, delivers insightful analysis, and supports global and market business teams to enable performance improvement. This role has a global scope, driving global initiatives within Group FP&A; combined with support to the market’s financial planning & analysis (FP&A;) activities by preparing budgets, forecasts, and management report
Key FUNCTIONS AND Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;):
Drive global FP&A; initiatives and ensure alignment in planning and reporting methodologies across markets
Prepare monthly performance packs (P&L;, revenue, margin, OPEX)
Conduct variance analysis vs budget/forecast with driver-based insights




Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasts:
Prepare templates
Collect and validate inputs
Consolidate submissions
Maintain and enhance KPI dashboards; track trends and provide management commentary
Ensure adherence to group FP&A; policies, timelines, and tools
Support standardization of data definitions and reporting practices
Business Partnering:
Provide timely analysis and actionable insights to commercial and operations teams
Participate in monthly performance reviews
Build financial models for pricing, investments, and scenario analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational plans
Track action items to ensure delivery against financial targets
Proactively highlight risks and prospects
Governance & Compliance:
Validate integrity of reporting data via reconciliations and checks
Ensure adherence to internal controls and reporting p
