We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager with robust startup experience who can take ownership of product strategy, execution, and growth for our Ed Tech products.
Role: Product Manager
Experience: 5- 8 Years
Location: HSR, Bangalore
Qualifications
Experience in product discovery and delivery, including user research, requirements gathering, and translating insights into product roadmaps and detailed specifications.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to define metrics, interpret product performance, and run experiments or A/B tests.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, marketing) and manage stakeholders with explicit communication and alignment.
Proficiency with common product management tools and practices,



such as backlog management, sprint planning, wireframing or prototyping, and documenting user stories.
Background or strong interest in education, skilling, or edtech, with an understanding of learner journeys, employer expectations, and outcome-focused programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present product decisions, trade-offs, and rationales to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace, prioritize effectively, and deliver results with a focus on impact and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Design, or related discipline); prior experience as a Product Manager or in a closely related role is strongly preferred.
