About the Role
As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for building and delivering training programs for our housekeeping professionals across assigned cities. You will work closely with operations and quality teams to ensure service standards are consistently met and improved.
What You Will Do
Design and deliver training programs for cleaning professionals based on SOPs and service standards
Conduct on-ground induction and refresher training for current and existing partners
Develop and update training content, manuals, and guidelines regularly
Monitor service quality through audits, feedback, and on-ground observation
Identify training gaps and implement targeted interventions
Lead and manage a team of trainers across assigned locations
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to align training with business goals
Handle manpower planning and scheduling for training activities
Ensure all professionals are trained on chemi.cal usage, equipment handling, and safety protocols
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in housekeeping operations in Hotel, Hospital or Facility Services
Prior experience in training, mentoring, or managing a team
Solid knowledge of cleaning SOPs, chemical usage, and hygiene standards
Experience working in hotels, facility management companies, or hospitals preferred
Good communication and people management skills
Ability to work on-ground and travel within the city as required
Minimum qualification: 2 year Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
