You'll own specific integration tracks and borrower-facing flows end-to-end, not as support to the Lead PM, but as the person accountable for those areas. Expect to be deep in API specs one day and in a UX review the next. The team is small and flat, there's no room to wait for directio
Responsibilities
Own borrower onboarding flows — OTP, KYC,



document upload — and drive them to completion with tech
Own bureau integration (soft pull at pre-qualify, hard pull at sanction), e KYC, and e Sign end-to-end
Configure LMS repayment engine, EMI calculation, and prepayment module with the vendor
Drive NACH/UPI Auto Pay integration including bounce tracking and retry logic
Define borrower communication touchpoints across the loan lifecycle and make sure they get built
Lead UAT for your tracks — write the cases, execute them, log bugs, chase resolution
Keep product documentation current; make sure no integration goes live without it being documented
Requirements
2–4 years of PM experience in fintech, lending, or payments
Have worked hands-on with KYC flows, bureau integrations, or e Sign implementations
Comfortable with API specs, not just reading them but catching issues in them
Know how NACH mandates and EMI collection workflows actual
