We are urgently looking for an experienced Open Text Application Lead / Specialist to provide L2/L3 support, administration, monitoring, and optimization of Open Text Content Suite, x ECM for SAP, and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) platforms.
Key Skills:
8+ years of experience in Open Text application support, administration, and maintenance. Solid hands-on experience with Open Text Content Suite, x ECM for SAP, and VIM solutions. L2/L3 support experience, including incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA). Experience supporting SAP-integrated Open Text settings, workflows, metadata, users, roles, and permissions. Proven expertise in application monitoring, performance tuning, patching, upgrades, and release management. Positive understanding of ITIL processes, service management, and operational support best practices. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, drive continuous improvements, and mentor support teams.
