Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Technical Contributor with strong expertise in modern Java and Angular technologies. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with development while also providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, identifying outdated implementation patterns, and ensuring high standards of code quality, architecture, security, and maintainability.

The candidate will work closely with Matrix Technical Leads and augmented development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Independently design, develop, test, and implement features across the Java/Spring Boot and Angular stack.
- Review code developed by augmented developers and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Identify outdated or inefficient implementation patterns and recommend modern framework practices.
- Raise architectural, scalability, security, and maintainability concerns proactively.
- Help developers troubleshoot technical issues and remove development blockers.
- Collaborate closely with Matrix Technical Leads on technical decisions and implementation approaches.




- Establish and promote consistent coding standards and development best practices.
- Ensure applications follow clean architecture, secure coding practices, and maintainable design principles.
- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and code-review sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.
- Contribute to improving application performance, reliability, scalability, and code quality.
- Mentor and guide developers on modern Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript practices.
- Ensure development work aligns with established architectural and technical standards.

Required Experience
- 6–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 17/21 and Spring Boot 3.x.
- Solid experience with Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Solid frontend development experience using Angular 18+ and TypeScript.
- Proven experience working as a senior/lead technical contributor in full-stack development.
- Experience conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to other developers.
- Strong ability to identify technical debt and recommend modern, maintainable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment and collaborate effectively with technical leads and development teams.
