Role Purpose:

To support live mandates across mergers and acquisitions, private equity, strategic alliances, joint ventures, fund-raising, and corporate strategy. The role is designed for a high-calibre analyst who can combine rigorous financial analysis with strong presentation skills, commercial judgment, and execution discipline.

What You Will Work On:

- Evaluate transaction opportunities, assess deal feasibility, and identify strategic fit, synergies, value-creation levers, and investment rationale.
- Build and refine detailed financial models from scratch, including valuations, operating forecasts, transaction structures, return analysis, and scenario/sensitivity cases.
- Prepare investor-grade and board-ready materials including pitchbooks, teasers, information memoranda, valuation packs, business plans, financial forecasts, and strategic presentations.
- Support execution of M&A;, PE, JV, and fund-raising mandates across the transaction lifecycle, from origination support and research to diligence, negotiation, structuring, documentation, and closing.
- Conduct industry research, peer benchmarking, market mapping, and regulatory tracking across sectors and geographies to support client recommendations and transaction strategy.
- Draft and assist with transaction and commercial documents such as LoIs, MoUs, term sheets, JV-related documents, value propositions, and other execution support materials.
- Participate in client meetings,



management discussions, investor calls, and internal deal reviews, and contribute with well-prepared analysis and clear communication.
- Manage multiple workstreams with robust attention to detail, timelines, data integrity, and quality of deliverables.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Strong grounding in financial modelling, valuation, accounting, and corporate finance concepts.
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, analytical writing, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to convert raw information into structured, decision, useful analysis for clients, investors, and senior management.
- Commercially aware, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced advisory environment.
- Prior exposure to M&A; advisory, transaction services, PE/VC, corporate finance, consulting, or boutique investment banking will be preferred.

Education & Experience:

- Postgraduate qualification in Finance preferred (MBA Finance / CA / CFA or equivalent).
- 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience with a strong track record.
