Role Overview
As a Sales Executive at 18 Travels, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through promoting our car rental services to businesses and individuals. This includes identifying current business opportunities, building solid customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our services.
Primary Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients through various sales channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, online sources, and face-to-face meetings.
Establish and maintain relationships with current and existing clients to secure repeat orders.
Promote and sell our car rental services to both corporate and retail clients.
Prepare and present persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other details to optimize profit margins.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.




Keep in contact with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and explore further opportunities.
Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service provision and customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation of sales activities, client interactions, quotations, and contracts.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and factors that could influence sales strategies.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on sales progress.
Ensure high-quality customer service to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues effectively.
Secondary Responsibilities
Collaborate with finance and billing departments to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections.
Support the preparation of sales reports, customer analysis, and sales projections.
Assist in the development of customer relations and retention strategies.
