Bachelor's/Master's degree in the relevant subject. B. Ed. preferred. 3+ years of teaching experience (preferred, especially for senior secondary classes). Solid communication and classroom management skills. Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and board examination patterns. Passion for teaching and student development.
