What You'll Do:
Handle voice calls and customer support Manage the sales process and help close bookings Coordinate closely with the operations team Maintain customer data and act as a holiday and travel advisor What We're Looking For:
Positive communication skills (Hindi and English) A warm, helpful attitude towards customers Interest in travel and willingness to learn Ability to work in a quick-paced startup environment What We Offer:
