Role Overview
We are looking for Architects / Interior Designers to join our workplace interiors team. This role is open across levels (mid-level to senior), and responsibilities will be aligned based on experience and capability. The position involves leading or contributing to concept design, space planning, detailed drawings, and in office design coordination for commercial office projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or contribute to concept design, space planning,
and detailed design drawings for office and workplace interiors
Translate client requirements into functional, innovative, and aesthetically robust design solutions
Collaborate closely with in-house teams, including project management, factory, and site execution teams
Participate in client meetings, design presentations, material selection, and design approvals
Provide on-site design supervision to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and external agencies as required
Support quality control, timelines, and consistency of design intent throughout the project lifecycle
Review, guide, and mentor junior team members' design and drawing work (for experienced profiles)
Expertise & Qualifications
1+ years of experience in architecture or interior design, with a strong focus on commercial or workplace interiors
Proven experience in designing and executing
