- Track the following KPI’s:
a. Availability against Safety stock (SS)
b. Recovery time c. Forecast consumption variations d. Root cause for stock below safety levels
- Take it up with relevant supply planner and acquire revival plan in case of stock below SS.
- Raise the red flag with Business planner if forecast consumption is faster than usual trend.
- Implement actions to prevent future recurrence of those reason codes of root causes identified.
