Senior Executive - EHSJob Description
Support Process Safety Management (PSM) implementation and compliance.
Conduct HAZOP/PHA studies and track recommendation closure.
Manage the Permit to Work (PTW) system, JSA, training, and audits.
Maintain fire protection systems and emergency safety equipment.
Plan and conduct emergency response training and mock drills.
Ensure Emergency Response Team (ERT) preparedness.
Monitor safety KPIs and implement corrective actions.
- Implement and maintain Occupational Health, Safety, and Process Safety Management (PSM) systems to ensure a protected and compliant workplace.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, HAZOP, Management of Change (MOC), and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR).
- Administer the Permit to Work (PTW) system, review Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and conduct safety training and audits.
- Carry out workplace safety inspections, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain emergency response preparedness, including ERT training, mock drills, and inspection of fire protection and emergency equipment.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and management systems such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Monitor safety performance through leading and lagging indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
- Support EHS projects, digitalization initiatives, PPE management, contractor safety, and documentation.
- Conduct employee safety awareness programs, toolbox talks, and competency development while supporting management in achieving organizational EHS objectives.
