Role Description This is an on-site role based in Rudrapur for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Store and Purchase. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, stock reconciliation, and timely material issuance to production and other departments. The individual will manage the purchase process by identifying vendors, obtaining quotations, negotiating terms, and ensuring on-time procurement of raw materials, packaging, and consumables as per quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in ERP or inventory systems, monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or excess, coordinating with production, quality, and finance teams, and preparing regular reports on store and purchase activities.



The role also includes implementing and improving store and purchase procedures, supporting audits, and ensuring adherence to safety, hygiene, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong inventory and store management skills, including stock control, documentation, and familiarity with ERP or inventory software.
- Experience in purchasing and vendor management, including sourcing, negotiation, purchase order processing, and follow-up for timely deliveries.
- Knowledge of FMCG/food manufacturing operations, basic quality standards, and compliance requirements related to materials handling and storage.
- Analytical and organizational skills to manage data, prepare reports, monitor costs, and support process improvement initiatives.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work closely with production, quality, finance, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Ability to work on-site in Rudrapur, manage operational workloads, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant educational background such as a degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
