Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and articulate Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across our B2 B vertical. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the jewelry market, is proactive in finding and pitching new clients, has exposure to international markets, and is comfortable managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure. The role also requires a solid client relationship management approach, building long term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining consistent communication to drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, approach, and pitch current business opportunities across domestic and international markets
Research and develop a pipeline of potential wholesale clients, retailers, distributors, and international buyers independently




Build and deliver compelling pitches tailored to each client's business needs
Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure long term retention and satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients; addressing queries, resolving concerns, and maintaining solid ongoing communication
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
Coordinate with the operations and production team to ensure timely order fulfilment
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM or tracking system
Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings both domestically and internationally
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences across both Indian and global jewelry markets
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
