Job Profile (Small ) Handle electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of PP woven sack machinery. Maintain extruders, tape lines, circular looms, lamination, printing, cutting & stitching machines. Attend breakdowns and preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
Handle 3-phase electrical panels, motors, starters, VFDs, contactors, sensors and PLC-related faults. Monitor plant power distribution, DG, compressors, utilities and electrical safety. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Maintain basic records of breakdowns, electrical maintenance and spare parts. Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures.
Experience: 5–8 years in a manufacturing/PP woven sack or similar plastic machinery plant.
Qualification: ITI/Diploma – Electrical.
