Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Design Verification Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Senior Design Verification

Engineer will lead and execute verification activities at IP and SoC level, including testbench development, test plan creation, and coverage analysis using industry-standard methodologies.

Responsibilities include developing and reviewing verification strategies, implementing constrained-random and directed tests, and performing root-cause analysis of functional issues. The role involves close collaboration with RTL design, architecture, DFT, and physical design teams to ensure robust functionality, performance,



and quality. The engineer will also mentor junior team members, contribute to methodology improvements, and support tape-out readiness through thorough regression and sign-off processes.

Qualifications

- Strong functional verification skills including testbench development, test planning, coverage-driven verification, and debugging.
- Hands-on experience with formal verification techniques and tools for property checking and assertion-based verification.
- Solid RTL design skills, including coding, integration, and understanding of synthesis implications.
- Good understanding of computer architecture concepts such as pipelines, memory hierarchies, buses, and interconnects.
- Proficiency in SystemVerilog, UVM or similar verification methodologies; familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Shell).
- Expertise in any one of the industry standard protocols like PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, USB
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with simulation and EDA tools from major vendors; exposure to IP/SoC verification flows is highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and communicate complex technical issues clearly.
