We are seeking a Senior Design Manager / Associate – Concept Design to strengthen our design leadership across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust conceptual thinking, creative exploration, and the ability to translate design intent into high-quality schematic outputs for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development of concept designs, illustrations, and presentations that reflect strong design sensibility and technical rigor.
- Translate approved concepts into schematic drawings that clearly communicate design intent while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Manage and mentor design teams to produce client-facing drawings, visualizations, and presentations within defined timelines.




- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary consultant teams to deliver fast-track and large-scale projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the design process.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- 8–12 years of professional experience in designing, coordinating, and delivering residential and commercial base-build projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams in a collaborative consultancy environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud and/or Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident professional presence.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about continuous creative and professional growth.
