Education:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Experience

5 – 10+ years of relevant experience in 3D System Design engineering design, preferably in manufacturing, pharma, biotech, or single-use systems.

Responsibilities

Core Work Area

- Solid knowledge of 2D/3D CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks.
- Experience in product design, engineering drawings, GD&T;, BOM preparation, and design documentation.
- Good understanding of materials, manufacturing processes,



and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) principles.
- Experience in design validation, prototyping, testing, and design improvement.
- Ability to independently handle design projects from concept through production.

Coordination:
- Coordinate with Process, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Vendor teams for design development, material requirements, manufacturing, and testing.
- Work closely with vendors to communicate design specifications and provide technical support during manufacturing.
- Participate in team meetings and provide project progress updates.

Documentation:
- Prepare and review Design & Development (D&D;) documentation and maintain relevant records.
- Coordinate document numbering, document requests, and document control requirements.

Qualifications

- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Design Engineering.

Required Skills

- AutoCAD
- SOLIDWORKS

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of ISO/GMP requirements and engineering quality standards.
- Experience with single-use bioprocessing equipment/products, pharma/biotech applications.
