About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Content Writer & Digital Content Specialist with excellent English writing and communication skills and strong editing capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality content for the company website, Social media platforms, corporate communications, and marketing initiatives. The candidate should have strong content creation skills and the ability to manage digital communication across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality, engaging, and professional content for the company website, LinkedIn, social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and corporate communications.
- Write and edit website content, product/service descriptions, company profiles, blogs, articles, press releases, and promotional content.
- Manage and regularly update content across social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with company objectives, campaigns, and business priorities.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure excellent grammar, spelling, tone, clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Product, R&D;, and Business teams to gather information and convert technical/business inputs into clear and engaging content.
- Develop content for employer branding, employee engagement, corporate events, achievements, product launches, organizational updates, and company initiatives.
- Create compelling content for internal and external corporate communications.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend relevant content ideas, topics, and communication strategies.
- Ensure consistency of the company's brand voice, tone, and communication style across all platforms.




- Track content performance and audience engagement and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with external agencies, content partners, photographers, and other stakeholders whenever required.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and proofreading.
- Excellent content writing, copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong storytelling and communication abilities.
- Experience managing company websites and social media platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Content Writing, Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management.
- Experience working in Corporate, Medical Device, Pharma, or Healthcare organizations will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO and website content optimization will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Google Analytics, website analytics, or social media insights will be preferred.
